Estate # 4318:
      Know all men by these presents, that we ADAM LEIENBERGER of Lehigh
twp of Northampton co., PA, farmer; PETER LEIENBERGER of North Whitehall
twp in Lehigh Co, PA, carpenter; Conrad Newhaaradt, gunsmith & Joh Kuntz
tanner both of Lehigh twp in Northampton co., PA, are held & firmly
bound unto the commonwealth of PA, in the sum of $3,000 to be paid to
the said commonwealth:  to which payment well & truly be made, we bind
ourselves jointly & severally, for & in the whole, our heirs, executors
& administrators, firmly by these presents.  Sealed with our seals.
Dated 15 January, 1833.
      (My note:  among contents of rest oŁ this bond agreement, it states
      that ABRAHAM LEIENBERGER was a fanner, late of Lehigh twp)

     On side of this bond agreement was written:  Know men by these
presents that I BARBARA LEIENBERGER, widow of ABRAHAM LEIENBERGER, late
of Lehigh twp, Northampton co, yeoman deceased, do hereby acknowledge
that I have renounced and by these presents do renounce & release all my
right & title to the administration of the estate of said deceased &
desiring that the same might be committed to my ____ sons. ADAM & PETER
LEIENBERGER.  In witness whereof I have here unto set my hand & seal
this 14 January 1833.  Witness:

     ADAM & PETER LEIENBERGER stated that the goods, chattels, rights &
credits of deceased ABRAHAM LEIENBERGER should not total in value more
than $1,500.

ABRAHAM LEINBERGER, late of Lehigh twp, Northampton co., PA:
The said accountants charge themselves with all & singular the goods &
chattels, rights & credits which were of the said deceased as for
inventory & appraisement therof filed in the Registers Office at Easton
on 22 January 1833, to wit:
