JACKSON HARWELL to JOHN LElNBARGER(ofPA)- 150 acres on January 10, 1792
This Indenture made the tenth day of January in
the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and
Ninety two Between Jackson Harwell of Lincoln County
and State of North Carolina planter of The one part
and John Lienbarger of the State of Pennsylvania
of the other part Witnefseth that for and in consideration
of the sum of Eighty pounds good and lawfull money
of the State of North Carolina to the said Jackson -
Harwell in hand paid by the said John Lienbarger
at and before the sealing & Delivery of these present

Presents the receipt & payment whereof he doth hereby
acknowledge and thereof doth release acquit and
discharge the said John Lienberger his heirs Executors
& admst. By these presents be the said Jackson Harwell
hath granted bargained and sold aliened & confirmed
and by these presents doth Bargain Sell alien and
Confirm unto the said John Leinbarger and his heirs
and Afsigns forever all that certain Tract and mef
=suage of Land situate lying & being in the county of
Lincoln which tract or mefsuage of land in situate on the
West side of the Cataba river and is bounded as follows
Beginning at a poft oak in Barkleys #t and runs with the sd. -
line North forty four degrees west two hundred & twenty poles to a -
Poft oak thence So.46.West 110. Poles to a white Oak thence So. -
= 44. Et. 22. Poles to a red oak in Lockmans line thence with the
said line to the beginning containing One hundred & fifty acres
of Land as appears by patent granted to Samuel Fisher and
his afsigns and Dated the 7th. Day of August 1787. In the XII.
year of our independence And all Houses buildings Orchards ways
waters water courfes profits Commodities Hereditaments & appurte
=nances whatsoever to the said premifes hereby granted or any part
thereof belonging or in any wife appertaining and the reversion or
reversions remainders rents Ifsues & profits thereof and also all
the Estate right Title interests use Trusts property claim
and demand whatsoever of them the said Jackson Harwell
of in and to the said premifes and all Deeds evidences and
writings to # which or many wise concerning the same To
have and To hold the land hereby conveyed and all and
singular other the premises hereby bargained #. Sold and every
part and parcel thereof with their # & every # part and parcel
thereof with their and every of their appurtenances to the said
John Leinbarger his heirs and afsigns forever to the proper use
and behoof of him the said John Leinbarger and of his heirs and
afsigns forever and the said Jackson Harwell for himself and for
his heirs Executors & admst. Doth Covenant promise and Grant
bo and with the said John Leinbarger and # heirs and afsigns
By these presents that the said one hundred & fifty acres of Land
herein above mentioned and described in manner & form aforesd.
and that the said premises mow are, and Soforever shall re
=main free and clear from all former and other Gifts Grants
bargains Sales Dower & title of Dower Judgments titles troubles
charges and encumbrances made done committed or Suffered by
the said Jackson Harwell or any other person or persons - what

Whatsoever the Quitrents heretofore and which may hereafter become due
excepted and foreprized and that the said Jackson Harwell for himself
and his heirs all and Singular the premises hereby granted and Sold with
the appurtenances unto the said John Leinbarger his heirs and Afsigns he
the said Jackson Harwell his heirs and all and every other person and
persons whatsoever shall and will warrant & forever defend by these
presents In Witnefs whereof 1 have hereunto set my hand & seal the
